How do I place an order?
Choose a product, select the available color and size options, add it to cart and continue to checkout.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you cannot find it, contact us at kanehainfo@gmail.com with your order number.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If the order has not been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible. We will help if the change is still possible.
What payment methods are available?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include cards, BLIK and fast online transfers.
How do returns work?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the order. Returned products must be unused and complete.
