Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase from KANEHA. If something did not work out - the size, the colour, or you simply changed your mind - you can return the product without any hassle. Below you will find everything you need to do it smoothly.

Return conditions

Deadline	14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
Product condition	The product must be unused, free of signs of use, and in its original condition.
Return shipping cost	Covered by the Customer.
Refund	Covers the product price and the original delivery cost.
Transfer time	Up to 14 days from the moment the parcel is delivered to the indicated address.

If a free gift was included with your order, please return it together with the returned product.

If an invoice was issued for your order, we will issue a corrective invoice once the return is accepted. Please sign it and send it to the warehouse address.

How to make a return

1. Fill in the return form enclosed with the parcel. If you do not have one, print any form or write your details on a piece of paper: first name, last name, address, order number and reason for return.
2. Pack the product together with the form in secure packaging.
3. Send the parcel to the address below.

Returns from other channels

Returns of products purchased in our partners' physical stores or on their websites are handled in accordance with those partners' policies. This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly at the KANEHA.CO store.
