Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your KANEHA order. If something is not right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

Return conditions

The product must be unused, complete, in its original condition and returned with tags and packaging where possible. The direct cost of return shipping is covered by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

How to return

  1. Email kanehainfo@gmail.com with your order number and the products you want to return.
  2. Pack the product securely and include the return information requested by customer care.
  3. Send the parcel to the return address provided by KANEHA customer care.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and checked. The refund is made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. Depending on the payment provider, the funds may take several business days to appear.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges may not always be available. If you need another size or color, return the product and place a new order.

Faulty products

If the product is defective or damaged, contact us at kanehainfo@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. Claims are reviewed within 14 days.
