Terms of Service

These terms define the rules for using the KANEHA online store and placing orders through the website.

Orders

Orders may be placed through the online store. Product information shown in the store is an invitation to conclude a contract, not a binding offer. A sales contract is concluded when KANEHA confirms acceptance of the order by email.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in PLN and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown before checkout is completed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include card payments, BLIK, PayPal, Klarna and online transfers.

Delivery

Delivery methods and costs are shown during checkout. Standard processing time is up to 3 business days unless a different time is stated on the product page. During promotional periods processing may take longer.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, unless an exception under applicable law applies. Products must be returned unused, complete and with original tags where possible.

Complaints

Complaints may be submitted by email to kanehainfo@gmail.com. KANEHA reviews complaints within 14 days of receiving the claim and handles them in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Final provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law.
