Returns and Claims

If your order is not right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it.

Return conditions

The product must be unused, complete and returned with original tags and packaging where possible. The customer covers the direct cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty.

How to start a return

Email kanehainfo@gmail.com with your order number and the products you want to return. We will send the next steps.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and checked. The refund is made to the original payment method.

Claims

If the product is defective or damaged, contact us with photos and a short description. Claims are reviewed within 14 days.
