These terms define the rules for using the KANEHA online store and placing orders through the website.

Orders

Orders can be placed through the online store. A sales contract is concluded when the store confirms acceptance of the order by email.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in PLN and include VAT where applicable. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery options and costs are shown before the order is submitted. Standard processing time is up to 3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Returns and complaints

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product. Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
