Withdrawal from Contract

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Send a clear withdrawal statement to kanehainfo@gmail.com before the 14-day period ends. Include your name, order number and the products you want to return.

Returning the product

Send the product back within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement. The item must be unused, complete and returned with its original tags and packaging where possible.

Refund

We will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof that it has been sent back. The refund is made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
